Lauren Kamycki, LMSW

Lauren achieved her Master’s in Social Work from Stony Brook University and has been in healthcare for four years.  She began by working in a doctor’s office and learned to love the healthcare field and the ability to advocate for people and help them access the resources they needed.  She then interned at the Long Island State Veterans Home in Stony Brook and loved working with the geriatric population, building relationships with residents and their families, and helping them through tough times.  In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, reading books, trying new restaurants, going on long walks, and going to the gym.
