For Jennifer, nursing has always been more than a career; it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents & families. As a nursing leader for over 5 years at The Hamlet, she is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment where quality care comes first. Jennifer takes pride in building strong relationships with staff, mentoring future leaders, and working collaboratively to solve challenges that improve resident outcomes. Outside of her professional life, she is a proud wife and mother who understands the importance of patience, compassion, and resilience both at home and in the workplace. Balancing family life with a healthcare career has strengthened my ability to lead with empathy, stay calm under pressure, and appreciate the value of teamwork and meaningful human connections. She believes that the best leaders never stop learning, and she strives every day to set a positive example for her team while making a lasting impact on the lives of the residents and families she serves.
