Olivia Ramsey

Olivia is the lead receptionist at the Hamlet. She attended Suffolk Community College for Business. Her favorite part of the job is being the first person to greet and welcome all the family members, staff and new admissions that enter the community. What led her to this career path was the fact that her mother was a resident in the community, which led her to her volunteering, because it made her realize how much she cared. After six years she decided to become a part of the team. She has been a member of the Hamlet team for eight years. In her spare time she loves to play solitaire and to read. As well as spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
