Tiffany Colon, CNA

Tiffany is a Certified Nursing Assistant practicing in the healthcare field for over six years. She specializes in making sure her residents have the best care and comfort while staying in her community. She attended Northshore Career Training Institute for her education. Tiffany joined Team Hamlet in February 2016 as a Certified Nursing Assistant. In October of 2021 she began a new role, that of Director of Concierge, her position is to ensure the residents and patients receive the highest quality of care, comfort, and support. This includes meeting with the patients daily to ensure they have everything they need to be comfortable and happy. She has now been promoted to Assistant Administrator. Tiffany can be seen chatting with the residents and staff, and discussing their needs to enhance our overall customer service. Tiffany is known to utilize her strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills to balance all challenges presented to her with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Tiffany is a mother to two children, and one cat. She grew up and resides in Suffolk County, New York. Tiffany survived cancer in 2014. This showed Tiffany the need to make changes in her life, which led to the medical field in helping others. Tiffany has a grasp on both sides...needing and supporting with positive help.
