Susanna Reimo, LPN

Susanna has been a dedicated employee with a 23 year + history of working in skilled nursing and rehabilitation at The Hamlet, formerly Nesconset Nursing Center. She served as an LPN in many capacities over the years such as Infection Control nurse, Inservice, Employee Health, Wound Care, Charge Nurse and now as the Admissions Nurse and Hospital Liaison. She has a strong foundation in medical care, patient care and communication skills. Susanna is extremely passionate about patients' and family members' medical and emotional care. Outside of her time here at the Hamlet, she cherishes her time spent with her 3 children and husband.
