Stephanie Holmes
Social Worker
Stephanie has worked in skilled nursing for the last 12 years. When she was 24, she was offered a job in a nursing home and soon realized she was supposed to work with this population. She is our community’s Social Worker and Discharge Planner and she enjoys interacting with patients and hearing their stories. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Gerontology. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting.
