Raymond McDonald

Raymond was born and raised on Long Island where he lives with his two children. Raymond has been working in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities for the past decade. Beginning his career as a receptionist, he quickly transitioned to a concierge, where his people skills in customer service would be more of an asset. In this position, he addressed any concerns of residents and their family members, putting their minds at ease and making them more comfortable. After working as a concierge for a year, he was transitioned to the admission's department, where his ability to learn fast, helped propel him to the position of admissions director shortly thereafter. For the past five years, Raymond has served as an admissions director in Suffolk County. He uses his knowledge, ability, and compassion to support residents and their family members as they navigate their healing journey.
