In January 2017, Jacqueline Gonzalez joined The Hamlet team as assistant administrator. Jackie worked as an executive assistant at the 606-bed Facility, Cold Spring Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Woodbury, NY for over 13 years, ensuring that families and residents were well served and received the highest level of customer satisfaction. Jackie also oversaw the $45 million-dollar renovations that transformed Cold Spring Hills into a modern, state of the art facility. She then went on to work for the corporate owner/president of the parent company, National Health Care Associates. There she was responsible for supporting, planning, and organizing the daily operations and administrative functions of the executive committee. At The Hamlet, Jackie oversees all the support services, clinics, medical records, and unit managers. She is a visible manager who routinely works with residents to provide hands on support. Her pleasant and kind approach makes her easy to work alongside. She strives to maintain positive relations with residents, families, and staff. She is passionate about doing the right thing for all we serve.
