Frank Novara
Director of Plant Operations
Frank has been a nursing home director since 1991. He has a long history of valued experience. Some of the communities he has supported throughout his career include, Sans Point Nursing Home for eleven years, Medford Multicare for four years, Cold Spring Hills for four years, and now The Hamlet for nine years. Frank is currently oversees engineering, grounds, sewage treatment, environmental services, and laundry for The Hamlet, Islip Adult Day Care and Middle Island Adult Day Care. A New York City Native, Frank has been living on Long Island since 2005.
